101links

Symptom:

A search engine is used, results are displayed when a link is clicked the actual page is not displayed but an advertising page. Behavior seems to be random so sometimes you get the actual site, sometimes the advertising.
The hijacked url is either 101links.info or redirects to another target advertising page (thus you have to be quick to see the original 101links.info in the browser address bar or other redirect.)

Notes:
At the time of the infection Adaware and Norton 360 did not detect this hijack on the computer which was affected.
