You are heredevil

The Darkened Mirror

There is a myth rooted in Blues music that if you stand at crossroads at midnight, you will meet the Devil. If you hand over your guitar, the Devil will tune it to bring great music but when the Devil hands it back, you have sold your soul.

I see it a little differently and the following is a doodle on the idea.

The Devil's Hook

I am not alone in my office this week, hence the lack of updates. It is a little difficult to write when you aren't the only one in the room as there are distractions, but always up for a challenge I thought I would have a go this lunchtime.

The following is simply an exercise. Start a line with "a" and start the second line with "c" and continue onwards until the last line.

The Gap In Between The Lines

You can stop living for your Demons but that is not to say you are free from them and if your not careful, you can return to feeding them.

I've known "Dog" a long time and between us we have seen some sights, not always for the best. Since the last time I saw him I have suspected an old demon has returned to his door and the text I have received this morning has strengthened the feeling.

We have done some miles between us; a friendship forged through the darkest of days. Perhaps like before, it is time to save Dog from himself once more.

The following poem is an expression.
