I have the week off work so on Monday I decided to return to painting. I started this by simply dividing the canvas into two sections from there I had an idea for the blue section then upon putting the idea on canvas and within two brush strokes went........ah......

Having got a number eight in the middle of nowhere, I decided to turn it into a pair of eyes. Having never done eyes it was an interesting experiment blending and layering colours.

The camera has "flared" various colours so the photograph is not particularly accurate.
